Summer by the Reef: Must be booked by September 30, 2026. Valid for travel from June 1, 2026, through December 17, 2027. Offer applicable on the following rooms: One Bedroom Junior Suite, One Bedroom Oceanfront Suite, One Bedroom Suite, Three-Bedroom Oceanfront Penthouse, Two-Bedroom Oceanfront Suite, Two-Bedroom Suite. Offer is not combinable with Prepay & Save offer or any other promotional or negotiated rate plan. Not valid on group bookings or existing reservations. Discount cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or cash equivalent. A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the room reservation. A full refund of the deposit may be issued only if a written cancellation request is received at least 31 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations within 30 days of scheduled arrival will be charged 100% of the total reservation cost. No refunds or credits for no-shows and early departures.
