Start the day grounded. Yoga and guided meditation sessions take place several mornings a week overlooking the Caribbean, while daily aquacise in the main pool keeps things energized and social.

The Cove Circle
The resort's open-air gathering space for bonfires, live culture, and island nights.
Centered around a firepit and open deck, The Cove Circle is where the resort comes together after dark. This is home to bonfire nights, Garifuna drum showcases, karaoke, storytelling, and the kind of relaxed evenings that turn fellow guests into friends. Grab a drink from Sand Bar, settle in, and let the night unfold.
